Frozen sweet corn & peas
Chopped tomato & capsicum
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/4 tsp)
Mixed herbs (1/2 tsp)
Chilli flakes (1/4 tsp)
Maggie Hot & Sweet Sauce (2 tsp)

EGG MUFFINS :
2 Eggs
Milk (1 & 1/2 tbsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper powder
Mixed herbs (1/4 tsp)
Grated carrots (1 small bowl)
Sweet corns
Shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese
Chopped parsley
Oil

GRILLED VEG SANDWICH :
Boiled potatoes (3 medium)
Grated carrots (1 small bowl)
Frozen peas & sweet corn
Roughly chopped onion (1 medium size)
Vegetable oil (1 tsp)
Butter (2 small cubes)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/4 tsp)
Mixed herbs (1/4 tsp)
Chilli flakes
White bread slices
Cheesy garlic mayonnaise
1 cheese slice

VEG CHOWMEIN :
Shredded cabbage
Carrot strips
Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum
Sliced onions
Minced garlic & ginger
1 large pkt of chowmein
Refined oil (1 & 1/2 tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/4 tsp)
Instant noodle seasoning (1/2 pkt)
Dark soya sauce (1/2 tsp)
Maggie Hot & Sweet Sauce (1 tbsp)
