Rava – 1 Cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
Green chili – as required
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Curd – 1 cup
Water – as required

Mix everything with enough water and bring it to watery. Heat tava and pour one layer of batter. Cook both sides until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with any chutney or sambar of your choice.
