Spicy Tuna Bowl:
For tuna:
1 can wild tuna
2 tbsp vegan mayo
1.5 tsp sriracha or chill sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp tamari
2 tbsp green onion

I served with cauliflower rice, sesame seeds, avocado, seaweed and cucumber

Shawarma chicken:
– 6 chicken thighs (or 3 chicken breasts)
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1/4 tsp cardamom (if you have it)
– 1 tbsp avocado oil if needed if your chicken is dry so spices distribute (mine wasn’t)

Sweet potatoes:
400F for 30 minutes tossing half way through
Seasoned with garlic powder

Lemon tahini dressing:
2 tbsp tahini
Juice 1 lemon
Pinch salt
Little hot water to thin
